Crimes reported for Hucknall and the Rural Villages over the past 14 days.

Burglary Dwelling
Between 10pm on Monday 23 and 2pm Tuesday 24 December in Orchard Court. Hucknall an attempt was made to enter a house by trying to force open some patio doors.

At around 6pm on Sunday 22 December in Nottingham Road, Hucknall a house was entered possibly by two persons. Not known is anything was stolen.

Between 6.30pm on Tuesday 31 December and 1.45am Wednesday 1 January in Coronation Road, Hucknall a house was entered and bank and credit cards were taken.

Burglary Other
At around 3am Sunday 22 December in Portland Road, Hucknall a shop was broken into by smashing a front window and some stock was stolen.

At five past midnight on Monday 23 December Hucknall Leisure Centre, Linby Road, Hucknall was broken into via a smashed window. Not known if anything was stolen.

Sometime between 24th and 28th December in Annesley Road, Hucknall an attempt was made to break into a shed.

Theft of motor vehicle
Between 7pm and 8.10pm on Thursday 26 December in Skegby Road, Annesley Woodhouse a black Bullit Hunt motorcycle parked at the roadside was stolen and later located.

Theft from motor vehicle
At around 5.10am on Friday 27 December in Sherwood Rise, Annesley Woodhouse a male was seen attempting to break into vehicles. A description obtained from CCTV resulted in a male person later being arrested.

Between 11.30pm on Thursday 19 and 7am Friday 20 December in New Road, Jacksdale a car window was smashed to gain entry to a silver Vauxhall Corsa, nothing was stolen.

Between 1.30am and 8.43am on Sunday 22 December in Wollaton Street, Hucknall the driver’s door of a silver Ford Fiesta was forced to gain entry. Christmas presents within the car were strewn around though not known if any were stolen.

Overnight of the 22/23 December in Watnall Road, Hucknall a black Suzuki Alto car was entered. The ignition was damaged and a car stereo in the glove box was stolen.

Between 10pm on Sunday 22 and 3am Monday 23 December in Broxtowe Drive, Hucknall a white Vauxhall Mokka parked at the roadside was broken into and a works pass was stolen.
