Hello residents
 
I am writing to let you know about crime in the Leen Police Beat area during October 2019.
 
We have had 7 reports of burglaries on Grimston Road forced entry via front door, entry not gained due to disturbance. Croydon Road forced entry to rear door, handbag containing cash and vouchers stolen. Midland Way entry gained via insecure communal area, kitchen utensils and electrical items stolen and 4 of which on Forster Street, no sign of forced entry, entry gained unknown, television, speakers and mobile phone stolen.
 
We have had 1 report of theft from/of motor vehicle on Churchfield Lane.
 
We have had 3 offences of Criminal Damage, on Woodstock Avenue, Lismore Close and Templars Court.
 
We have had 1 report for theft of bicycle from outside Exercise4less Midland Way.
 
We have had no reports for Robbery.
 
We have had 1 report of shed/garage break, forced entry to lock on outhouse electrical bike stolen.
 
PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK YOUR VEHICLES AND REMOVE ITEMS FROM WITHIN
