Beat team patrols

Alert message sent 25/03/2020 18:08:00

Information sent on behalf of Notts Police

Rushcliffe south beat team officers have again been patrolling the area, keeping the 2m safe distance from other persons.

Attached is a picture taken by one of the beat managers whilst they were working in the village of Kinoulton.

Generally there were very few people around and people were not seen to be congregating in large numbers as per the advice being given #coronavirus #stayathome

In Cotgrave whilst on foot patrol, we spoke to staff at one of the supermarket, they advise that people are generally being sensible when going out to get shopping.

We will continue to be visible in our communities.

We are also encouraging residents to let us know #whatmatterstoyou using the following link

Please have a look at this and tell us what the issues are in your area.

Finally for now, we have seen an improvement in the number of calls received by our force control room about corona virus restrictions.
Government.
